I mainly help Spanish-speaking families in Greater Los Angeles understand their numbers, their options, and the next step to buy or sell.
My story
I'm a REALTOR® working in residential real estate in Greater Los Angeles. My professional background in Colombia in Financial Administration and Project Management shapes how I work: organizing information, reviewing the numbers, separating what we know from what still needs verifying, and defining a useful next step.
In real estate I start with the concrete situation: what you're trying to decide, what information you already have, and what's worth verifying before moving forward. I work primarily in Spanish, with service in English as well.
